Tuna salad for breakfast

I love easy and healthy breakfasts. This is how I make my delicious and simple tuna salad for one.



Ingredients:


  • 1 can of tuna (75 g) drained.
  • 1 shredded medium sized carrot
  • 75 g Packed Gourmet Salad or fresh green cabbage, purple cabbage, and iceberg lettuce.
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Mix all the ingredients together.
  2. Enjoy.
